Fairhaven Homes Visual Identity
The Brief
Fairhaven Homes, an award-winning Victorian home builder, wanted their visual identity refreshed across the brand itself along with the product ranges. The logo had dated and the Fairhaven team wanted a look across all aspects of the brand that reflected their ongoing commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and modern design.
The Result
Our creative director and designers worked closely with the Fairhaven team to reimagine their logo to capture the essence of the brand and resonate strongly with their target audience. Dropping ‘Homes’ from the Fairhaven name was also put in place during this process to streamline the brand identity and enable them to broaden their scope beyond homes in the future.
Kick also revitalised the visual identity of the Fairhaven four product ranges — Simplicity, Bridgewater, Elegance and Modern Living — creating visually stunning and cohesive design elements that showcased the features and benefits of the home ranges and the Fairhaven offering. We also named and created an identity for their colour room, myHaven.
The revamped brand now stands out in the highly competitive home-building industry, attracting new customers and reinforcing Fairhaven’s solid reputation.
